How do I place an order?

Use the menu on the left of the screen to choose a product category or use the search box at the top, right corner of the page if searching for a particular item. Browse the shop pages & when you wish to purchase, click “buy now” or “add to cart” & your item will be displayed in your shopping cart. You can view your cart at any time so you can keep track of the items you are ordering. When you have finished shopping, click to checkout & you will be transferred to the payment pages. If you have a discount code, you can include it at this time to obtain your discounts. On completion of payment you will be sent a confirmation email.

How long does delivery take?

Once payment is confirmed we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you place your order before 12pm Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch your items the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. This excludes weekends & Bank Holidays. Most UK deliveries arrive within 48 hours of you placing your order. International deliveries will vary from country to country.

How much are delivery costs?

Postage & packing costs are displayed on the Delivery page and are calculated on the weight of the items in your order. Once you have completed your purchase click to checkout and the shipping costs will be displayed before processing to the payment page. 

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes. Our payment service providers, PayPal & Worldpay provide the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by this method. All major credit & debit cards are accepted.   

How do I create my account?

To register with us, click on the "new customer" box on the top,right corner of the page. You will be taken to an information page where you can fill in your personal details & create your account. Once completed, you will receive a welcome letter in your inbox.

How can I change my account details?

Log in to your account then click on "view my account" in the top, right corner of the page. From here you can view all your account information, change any details if needed, view your order history, change your password if needed & subscribe/unsubscribe to newsletters.

What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click on "forgotton password?" in the top, right corner of the page & you will automatically be sent a new one to your inbox. You can then log into your account & change it using the method above.
