United Kingdom Delivery 

Delivery within the UK is free for all orders over the value of £40.00. For all orders below this amount Postage & Packing costs are calculated on the weight of the items in your order as follows:

Up to 250gms: £2.75

Up to 500gms: £3.25

Up to 750gms: £4.10

Up to 1kg: £4.35

Up to 1.25kg: £5.50

Up to 1.5kg: £6.10

Up to 1.75kg: £6.95

Up to 2kg: £7.65

Upt to 2.25kg: £9.50

Up to & over 4kg: £12.60

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours once payment has been confirmed. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. This service is normally within 3 working days. We will do our best to arrange delivery within the time specified above, however, we cannot guarantee delivery by these times. Our liability of any kind for late delivery or failure to deliver is limited to the price payable for the goods.

Returns & Faulty Items

If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please email us immediately at enquiries@cyclax.com or phone 01582 966 471 within 3 working days of  receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by first class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further postage charge. This excludes any items purchased from the Clearance category.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders are normally dispatched the same day if ordered before midday. Orders after this time will be despatched the following working day. Orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever. 

If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm   When you receive your order, you have a "cooling off period" of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.

You must contact us by email or phone to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. This excludes items purchased in the Clearance category.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights
